Privacy notice

What we collect

• The business idea and the answers you type into the interview.
• The result we generate for you (your scores, verdict, and recommendations).
• Your email address, which we ask for before showing your result, so we can follow up about it.
• A sign-in cookie, if you log in, that keeps you signed in for 30 days so you can see your own results. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
• A short note we email you after your result, telling you how to come back to it.
• Basic counts of visits and clicks (we do not use advertising trackers or set tracking cookies).

Why

To produce your result, to send you the paid plan if you ask for it, to limit free use to a small number of ideas per email address each month, and to improve the product. If you leave the box ticked on the email step, we will also send you occasional emails about Turnkey and new tools from CBullard Consulting.

Who else handles it

• Anthropic processes your answers to generate your result and plan, under its own terms.
• Fly.io hosts the app and stores its data.
• Resend delivers messages you send us through the contact page, your sign-in codes, and the emails we send you.
• Stripe handles payment if you buy. We never see your card number.

We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until we shut the test down.

Your choices

You can untick the email box at any time, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, using the link in them or the contact page. You can also ask us to show or delete your data. Use the contact page.
